GSoC 2011 accepted projects announced

GSoC 2011 accepted projects announced, TYPO3 community will mentor six projects.

On April 25th Google announced the accepted projects for the Summer of Code 2011.

The TYPO3 association got six slots and could fill them from a total of 15 student applications. That is less than last year (probably also due to Google accepting twice as many organizations into the program this year), but the quality of applications increased in comparison.

Coding on the projects will start on May 23rd, until then we are in a community bonding phase. Everyone, please give the GSoC students a warm welcome!
