Bug fixed: Editing of consultancy entries and references

Since the upgrade of TYPO3.org to version TYPO3 version 4.0 the management of consultancy entries and references did not work anymore. Now, this afternoon I was able to fix the bug which was cause by wrong path definitions in the extension t3consultancies: Since TYPO3 4.0, the fe_adminlib is not reachable via media/scripts/ anymore but must be referenced through EXT:cms/tslib/media/scripts.
