Forge and SVN downtime announcement

The server admin team would like to make the following pre-announcement:

As we will move the Forge and Subversion websites to a new server.

Therefore, there will be a downtime of up to 2 hours for the following sites:

The downtime will start on Friday, 13:00 CET. All servers should be up and running again at 15:00 CET.
