TYPO3 at FrOSCon

This year the TYPO3 Association is an official sponsor of FrOSCon (Free and Open Source Software Conference).

For the 5th time the widely acclaimed open source event will take place at the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in St. Augustin  on the 21st and 22nd of August. The program offers lectures about various open source topics, operating systems, software development and of course there is lots of opportunity to socialize and get to know developers from all sorts of projects.

Like at last year's event TYPO3 professionals will be able to take the TYPO3 integrator certification exam at FrOSCon, the exam is scheduled for Sunday 10:00 to 12:00 (for more information on the TYPO3 certification program and and exam registration see the certification website).

As the TYPO3 Association has no booth at FrOSCon this year, Phillip Kroll (TYPO3 developer at denkwerk) and Sacha Storz, editor with Open Source Press and member of the certification team will give a TYPO3 4.4 demonstration at the Open Source Press booth on Saturday at 16 o'clock. So if you happen to be at FrOSCon, please do join them and cheer for our favorite ECMS.
